Normally, you wouldn't show people the current totals until after they have voted. The script will not let you vote more than once every 30 seconds: 24 hours would be more sensible (but rather tedious to try out...). If you have a dial-up connection, you can normally cheat this sort of voting system by logging out and logging in again, to get a different IP address, but it will keep most people guessing for a while.
